Coming from a family of chefs she broke the mold by choosing to be a pastry chef which differed from her parents and siblings who were all Chinese, Thai and European cuisine specialists. For her being a chef is not only an occupation it’s also her passion. She loves to create new healthy variations of desserts which are normally high in calories and sugar for those that enjoy a healthy lifestyle and can’t let go of their sweet tooth.
