Coming from a family of chefs she broke the mold by choosing to be a pastry chef which differed from her parents and siblings who were all Chinese, Thai and European cuisine specialists. For her being a chef is not only an occupation it’s also her passion. She loves to create new healthy variations of desserts which are normally high in calories and sugar for those that enjoy a healthy lifestyle and can’t let go of their sweet tooth.

งานแสดงอาหารและเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจอาหาร ห้องอาหาร โรงแรม ทั้งการแข่งขันทำอาหารและแกะสลักน้ำแข็งต่างๆ วันนี้เป็นวันที่สองของงาน Food&Hotel Thailand วันนี้หลังจากไปบริษัทกรีนแพนแล้วก็ต่อรถไฟบีทูเอสมาที่สยามเลยเพื่อไม่ให้เสียเวลา ก่อนอื่นต้องไปลงทะเบียนรับบัตรเพราะงานนี้อนุญาติให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและต้องลงทะเบียนก่อนเท่านั้น บูธที่จัดแสดงล้วนแล้วน่าสนใจทั้งน้านเลยโดยเฉพาะเครื่องรีดแป้งแต่เมื่อดูราคาแล้วคงต้องร้องเพลงรอกันไปก่อน แต่อย่างน้อยก็เจออะไรที่น่าสนใจ วานิลลาฝักละ 25 บาท ถูกเหลือเชื่อทีเดียวเดี๋ยวพอกลับไปคงต้องสั่งมาใช้ดูเสียแล้ว รูปที่เห็นนี้ก็เป็นส่วนหนึ่งถ่ายมาประมาณ 300 กว่ารูป
